Requirements
  • Offer of Place: An official letter of acceptance from an NZQA-approved New Zealand education provider.
  • Proof of English Proficiency: Recognized tests include IELTS (typically 6.0 overall for Undergraduate, 6.5 for Postgraduate), TOEFL iBT, or PTE Academic.
  • Financial Evidence: Proof of funds to cover tuition fees for the first year, plus NZD $20,000 per year (or NZD $1,667 per month) for living expenses.
  • Health & Character: A chest X-ray/medical certificate (if staying over 6-12 months) and a Police Clearance Certificate (if staying over 24 months).
  • Return Travel: Evidence of a return ticket to your home country, or sufficient funds to purchase one.
