We empower GCSE, Sixth Form, and College students to make informed choices and develop essential skills for their future. We foster social mobility by helping students explore post-education options and identify the paths most suitable to their individual needs. Who We Support We work with students aged 14 to 19: GCSE students (Year 10–11) If you are starting to consider your subject interests, future ambitions, or what follows after GCSEs, we can support your exploration and help you begin making decisions. Sixth Form students (Year 12–13) Whether you are interested in university, apprenticeships, a foundation year, or remain undecided, we guide you through your available options. College learners (Level 1–3) If you are considering higher education, practical learning, immediate employment, or changing your direction, we provide guidance to help you make informed choices. 2. Workshops & Seminars We run lively, age-appropriate sessions on:

Study skills and building confidence
Exploring career ideas
Nailing interviews and writing a solid CV
Getting ready for university—personal statements, references, UCAS basis. What further and higher education looks like
Dealing with change, stress, and tough decisions
Life skills: how to communicate, manage your time, and stand on your own

These sessions strengthen your academic, personal, and social growth. 3. One-to-One Counselling You can talk to us one-on-one about:

Matching courses and careers to your strengths
Planning your academic path
Picking the right subjects (for GCSE or after)
